We had the privilege of attending Electronics Manufacturing Expo (EMAX) Thailand 2026, held on April 1–2, 2026 at Ayutthaya Hall — Thailand’s premier B2B platform for the electronics manufacturing and automation sector, bringing together 150+ international brands and over 4,000 industry professionals.

One of the standout booths was 2CS Management, which demonstrated their AI & Digital Transformation Consulting services — covering Smart Factory, Paperless solutions, and full Industry 4.0 digital roadmaps through their “4IR with 2Cs” framework, guiding manufacturers from Industry 1.0 all the way to Industry 4.0.

We also attended a compelling seminar presenting the Thailand i4.0 Index — a national benchmarking framework featuring 6 dimensions and 17 sub-dimensions, assessing Thai industry’s readiness across Technology, Smart Operations, Strategy & Organization, Market & Customers, IT Systems, and Human Capital.
EMAX Thailand 2026 reaffirmed that the digital transformation of Thai manufacturing is no longer a future goal — it is happening right now. We left the event energized and full of new ideas to bring back to our team.
