About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Operation Support Officer to support our clients’ manufacturing IT systems. Develop your technical skills and grow with us!

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and troubleshoot IT issues in production lines by phone or email
• Document problems, status, and solutions in client systems
• Monitor system/server performance and report anomalies
• Install OS and related software according to client policy
• Manage user accounts and roles in various systems
• Deploy production control IT software
• Database operations: Query, Update, Insert, Delete, Recovery
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Age 22–30 years, male or female
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Basic SQL and Network Commands
• English communication skills
• Shift work (4 days on / 2 off)
• Work location: Prachinburi

Preferred Attributes

• Fresh graduates welcome
• Manufacturing system or MES experience a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Negotiable salary (based on experience)
