Redefining Cyber Threat Detection for Private Businesses
The National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC), under NSTDA, and the Sustainable Manufacturing Center (SMC), in collaboration with partner networks, launched the ZeroTouch+ campaign — an intelligent system that redefines cybersecurity defense with advanced features and exclusive benefits.
On June 19, 2025, NECTEC and SMC held a seminar on this topic, featuring a range of expert speakers who shared in-depth knowledge on various aspects of cybersecurity protection. Key sessions included:

- Showcase: Lessons from the Field – Real-Time Threat Monitoring, Detection, and Response
Presented by Mr. Nat Laovanichpong, Managing Director of 2CS Management Co., Ltd., this session shared real-world case studies from organizations that have adopted ZeroTouch+. The solution enabled timely cyber threat detection and response, significantly reducing potential damage and enhancing IT system stability. - TNET Insight: Strengthening Business Defense with ZeroTouch Threat Detection
Delivered by Mr. Angkarn Phumarin, Deputy Managing Director of T-NET IT Solutions Co., Ltd., this presentation outlined practical strategies and real-world experience in advancing threat detection. The ZeroTouch approach eliminates reliance on outdated, slow, and vulnerable methods, improving both speed and system monitoring efficiency. - GovernTrust: Trust & Control – Building a Foundation of Digital Trust for the Autonomous Cyber Era
Mr. Chawalit Phrueksachatdilok, an information security expert from Govern Trust Co., Ltd., shared insights on establishing long-term trust and control frameworks to support the transition to automated cybersecurity systems in the ZeroTouch+ era.
This seminar highlighted innovative approaches for effectively detecting and responding to cyber threats, especially for private businesses facing increasingly complex and rapidly evolving data security challenges. The exchange of knowledge between experts from both public and private sectors — along with real-world case studies — deepened attendees’ understanding and drew strong interest from IT professionals, cybersecurity officers, and stakeholders across the digital industry.

Although many organizations are aware of the growing problem of cyber threats, financial constraints and a lack of skilled personnel often leave them vulnerable to constant risk of attacks. Zero-Touch Services have been developed to address this challenge by easing the cybersecurity workload and providing automated network security services. These services support organizations by analyzing, monitoring, and detecting potential threats.
Key features include automated management through SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response) solutions, support for SECaaS (Security as a Service) delivery models, dynamic resource allocation, and intelligent threat analysis, classification, and prioritization.
Highlights/Benefits
- Focus on monitoring, analyzing, screening, and responding to cyber threats with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Use Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) technology to enhance centralized management of security network services, increasing efficiency in terms of speed of security network service simulation, flexibility in resource allocation and user experience.
- Prepare and provide various types of security network services so that service recipient organizations can call them on demand (on-demand services).
- Ability to monitor and track system performance (e.g., CPU Utilization, VNF Status), display analysis results according to the characteristics of each organization (Tenant-specific Threat Detection Dashboard).
- security in the organization.
Target customer/user groups
- Government agencies or businesses (SMEs) with limited financial resources and personnel with cybersecurity expertise.
- Service providers who are interested in installing, testing and using the platform in practice.
